Why the role exists.
Greenzy runs sessions, webinars and programs at 13 colleges through the year. We cannot be on every campus every week, and between our visits, interest fades.
An ambassador on each campus keeps the group active, shares openings the day they come, and tells us what is happening on the ground.
What you will do.
- Run the WhatsApp group. Keep your campus’s official Greenzy group active and useful. Updates only, no spam. You post the updates yourself.
- Pass on openings first. Webinars, internships, project openings and Discover sign-ups reach you before anyone else on campus. You share them.
- Answer questions about Greenzy. Students will come to you about Discover, the Agri Hackathon, internships and what an MoU with your college means.
- Tell us what works. Ambassadors are often the first to spot a timetable clash, a session that fell flat, or an idea worth trying.
What you get.
Who can apply.
We choose 2 ambassadors per college, so we look for students who will keep the group running all term.
How selection works.
Questions students ask.
How much time does it take?
A few hours a week: posting updates, passing on openings and staying reachable. It is meant to fit around your studies.
Can first or second year students apply?
We mostly choose third and fourth year students. If you are earlier in your degree and think you fit, apply and tell us why.
What happens at the end of the term?
There is no automatic renewal. Strong ambassadors are often considered first for internships and other student programs.
Do I need to know protected cultivation already?
No. Reliability matters more than what you know today. You will pick it up as you go, and Discover is a good place to start.
