The questions that decide it.
- Land. Owned, or leased for more than 9 years?
- Water. Tested for EC, pH and bicarbonates, with more than 48 hours of backup?
- Power. Grid plus a generator or solar, or frequent outages?
- People. Will someone be on site every day?
- Capital. Enough for 3 crop cycles plus a 20% buffer?
- Risk. Can the project absorb one failed cycle?
- Intent. Is a subsidy a bonus, or the reason for the project?
After the audit.
If the audit clears, the next step is a paid site visit with a 45-minute interview. We collect the water, electricity and site data, and judge whether the site can grow what you want for the next 10 to 20 years.
A quotation comes only after that. Building on the wrong site, or at the wrong time, is the most expensive mistake in a polyhouse.
