The losses you do not see in the first season.
The deeper we went into growers' farms, the more losses traced back to the building itself: film that failed early, gutters that flooded, frames that could not hold a crop load, houses that cooked in April.
These losses are invisible in the first season and large by the third. So we wrote a standard for a house that has to work for 10 to 15 years under rising temperatures, and we build to it.
The written standard, in plain words.
Every value is measured at each build stage and recorded against the standard, with photographs. A finished house gets a certificate listing each measured value beside its specified value, and the inspection log.
This is Greenzy's own standard, not a government certification. We share it before you sign, so you or any engineer you hire can check it.
What we have delivered.
Both houses were built before this standard was written. They show where it came from, and they can be visited by arrangement.
What we cannot show you yet is a house built to the full standard with a completed first crop. When one finishes, its record goes on the Proof page: structure, crop, plant count, yield, grade-out, revenue and the problems we met.
What it costs.
A soilless house built to the standard costs ₹68–80 lakh per acre, excluding GST and before any subsidy. Hybrid and fan-pad houses cost more. RO water treatment is extra where the bore water needs it.
We build turnkey, in Tamil Nadu only. Frames are fabricated and put up by approved partners, under our inspection. Your figure is confirmed after the site visit.
